Silicone Rubber Gasket -100℃~300℃ pressure<3.0MPa DN15~DN400

1, Rubber Gasket:

NBR, SBR, CR, EPDM… Rubber gasket with the characteristic of oil resistance, acid and alkali resistance, cold heat resistance, aging resistance and other properties, can be directly cut into various shapes of sealing gasket and are widely used in medicine, electronics, chemical, antistatic, flame retardant, food and other industries.

2, Silicone Rubber Washers (WMQ):

Silicone rubber has outstanding high and low-temperature resistance, which grants it good elasticity in the temperature range of -70℃ – +260℃, and it has the advantages of ozone resistance, weather aging, and is very suitable for sealing gaskets in thermal machinery. At the same time, widely used in machinery, electronics, plumbing and other industries because of its waterproof, flame retardant, high-temperature resistance, electric conductivity, wear resistance, oil resistance and other excellent performance.

3, Nitrile Butadiene Rubber Gasket (NBR) :

It is a polymer by emulsion copolymerization of butadiene and acrylonitrile. Nitrile butadiene rubber gasket is famous for its excellent oil resistance (but not include ketone, ester and chlorinated hydrocarbon and other media), also,it has good wear resistance, aging resistance and air tightness, so it is widely used in the rubber industry.

4, Fluorine Rubber Gasket (FPM) :

It has excellent high-temperature resistance, thus, it can be used on occasions in which the temperature is -30℃to +250℃, FPM is usually used in high temperature, high vacuum and high-pressure environment, also suitable for oil environments. Because of its excellent properties, strong oxidant resistance, oil resistance, and acid and alkali resistance. Fluorine rubber is widely used in petroleum, chemical, aviation, aerospace and other departments.

5, Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer Gaskets (EPDM):

EPDM rubber is among the most popular and flexible rubbers readily available today. It’s exceptionally resistant to sunshine and severe heat, and it combats aging extremely well. It likewise assists to support color even through severe weather, so it’s a popular option for outside devices.

6, Other Rubber Washers:

Examples, Neoprene Rubber Gasket (CR), Natural Rubber Gasket (NR), Acrylic Rubber Gasket and other special rubber. Those gaskets with oil resistance, acid, alkali, wear resistance, high, low temperature and other characteristics are also applied in machinery, electrical appliances, instrumentation, hydraulic system, and piping system.
Those can be designed and manufactured into special-shaped seal gaskets according to the user’s requirement.3
